Just wanted a in and out oil change but nope have to waste my time with a 1000 questions later about would I want this or that and you need this but we will charge you $100 more then what it actually cost for a $10 and a 1 min job. When you guys can’t even finish a simple oil change got back into my truck and I still have to reset my engine oil life. I have no clue why I still go here and won’t be returning. I have noticed it’s only one person that does this to me their and her name is Emily at the Neenah Chevy dealership anytime she’s their I get harassed and always something wrong with my truck any other time with anyone else besides her my truck is perfect fine and nothing seems to be “wrong” with it.

They found exactly what I was looking for and the upfront pricing was great.

Kalifornia always takes such good care of me and my car! She is always super friendly and always accommodating to my daughter's special needs and to our special circumstances since we come from such a far distance just to have our car oil changed but we do that because we trust Kalifornia and everyone else at Bergstrom in Neenah to maintain our car in the best working order to keep our family safe and I would not trust anywhere else to do that! Carlos in the service center at Neenah was very rude and disrespectful when I showed up to pick up my vehicle. I received a video of my vehicle which stated the new part had been put on and all they needed to do was wash it and it will be finished. I showed up almost 2hrs later to Carlos yelling at me that the video did not say I could come pick it up then he walked off and began to help another customer and left me standing there all in front of other customers. Very rude to the point I spoke to Ben and informed him I have been using bergstrom for years and this incident is the reason why I will never return. Sad they treat their customers this way by being rude condescending and even yelling at customers.

I arrived a bit early. They took my truck right away, showed me the waiting area and gave me an estimate completion time. They were fast and friendly.

I called Mark Bogan in a panic on Thursday afternoon leaving work. My car started really rough and then a bunch of lights came flashing on. He had told me to try and safely get it to the dealership to be looked at - no appointment needed. I had to get to a softball game, so Kalifornia was kind enough to get me a shuttle set up to get my other vehicle as Mark was busy with another guest. I appreciate their patience and kindness while I was worried about my vehicle. Great experience and I'll always be back!

I brought my truck in for a transmission reprogramming and they couldn't do it and charged me for trying. I went to a different shop and they had it done in 15 minutes.

First I was up sold on 2 air filters for $111…next time if they come tell someone they need something they should also have a quote….i was thinkin like $60 total was shocked at the price….secondly I was told all was good and then got called to return to the department because they forgot to charge me for parts of the service so I had to turn around and come back….i was not happy with the visit at all

When I had my Buick checked out a few weeks ago, the fault indicated that I needed to have the instrument cluster replaced. The part was ordered. Kalifornia kept me updated frequently since the part took a while to arrive. That was very appreciated. The part came in, and Kalifornia got me scheduled. The actual replacement only took a few hours. I dropped the car off on my way to work, and it was done by lunch time. - The shuttle makes it so easy to get my car in for maintenance.

Evan Washatka is my sales advisor. He is very easy to talk to. Any question I had he was able to answer. When I decided on the car I decided to buy he was very knowledgeable about everything with the car.

When I first came on the lot, I was greeted with frowns by the first two sales people who saw me driving through looking at cars. The third sales person I saw smiled at me so kindly and asked if I needed help. That was Jack. Later in the building I wanted to stay with Jack but was confronted by another salesman named Sage. Sage tried to get me to go to his office. Jack even was okay with me going with Sage. But Jack was the only one who was kind to me so I insisted on staying with him. Not sure if my tribal plates had anything to do with the first frowns that greeted me but I felt Jack deserved my business more than others

Good customer service and honesty. There was a delay in getting the truck we ordered and due to our needing the vehicle right away, our salesperson worked to find another in a timely fashion.

There is a huge difference between the sales and service compared to the express lube staff. You are greeted with a hello welcome to bergstroms by the sales and service advisors but at the express lube in Neenah you get the impression that you’re not a valued customer. The staff member that came to my vehicle did not make eye contact, no welcome to bergstroms and as Mr.Bergstrom would say how can we help you? I felt that there was no pride in providing great customer service that the sales and service advisors show when dealing with bergstroms customers.

2023 Sierra AT4 Valve Body Failure. Bergstrom Neenah took care me from the start. First a car loaner and then a truck. Kalifornia my service representative contacted me weekly to every other week with updates on my truck. Parts came in and they fixed the truck that day and made it available for me at the end of the day. This Valve Body issue is significant and Bergstrom took very good care of me!

Amazing Experience. My Salesperson, Andy Bergstrom, worked with me to find the right vehicle for me and made it simple. I like the negotiation free way of doing business. Jason Gerken, the Sales Team Leader, made sure that I received all of the applicable incentives and rebates that I qualified for. Another Team Leader, Dalton Sproul, helped to appraise my vehicle and that was easy too. Out of curiosity, I looked to see what Carvana thought my trade was worth and the Carvana number was much lower.

Service was fine, I asked for a wash and they did it. Last time they must have forgot. But the young man checking me in tried to push a $30 engine flush onto me. My vehicle is new, 20500 miles. He said GM strongly suggest it. If they are strongly suggesting i get a flush on this new of a vehicle, there's a problem...and if there is a problem, that flush should and would be covered under warranty. The fact that these vehicles cost so much to purchase in the first place, then someone is trying to make even more above and beyond that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've been stewing on this for almost a week, rant over. Just stoo trying to make quick $$ on hard working people.

Efficient

Needed a software update to correct an issue with my cameras, Nick diagnosed the issue right away. Also took advantage of the tire sale and bought a new set of tires for my truck.

Had our Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also needed to have an oil leak checked that was around the left front wheel area. Grant was the tech working on our vehicle and found where the leak was coming from. He also found a nail near the sidewall area on one of the tires. We weren't losing air so never looked. Our Service Advisor Irving was very helpful and was able to help me pick out new tires and he was able to have the work done yet that day. Thanks to Irving and to the thorough inspections and quality work Grant does.
